Cancellation Policies
Reservations over an hour- If you reserved an appointment(s) over 1 hour, we ask that you give SBDS notice of 48 hours.
Reservations under an hour- If you reserved an appointment(s) under an hour, we ask that you give SBDS notice of 24 hours.
SBDS reserves the right to charge a fee for appointments not canceled within our policy. 25% - 100% of service total.
Gift Certificate Reservations- Appointments booked with gift certificates must have 48 hour notice if canceling. If you do not show for an appointment being used with a gift certificate the gift certificate will become null and void.
Time is very valuable and as a courtesy to our other clients and the SBDS staff we ask that you give proper notice if you need to cancel any reservation.
